Farm Flip Mahjongg plays with the Mahjong Solitaire formula by requiring you to match tile pairs twice to clear them. Clear every tile from the stack as quickly as you can.

This game was developed by Zygomatic. A similar game, Fruit Flip Mahjongg, comes from the same developer.

How to Play Farm Flip Mahjongg

To select, left click with your mouse or tap on the touchscreen with your fingers. On the welcome screen, select the play button on the bottom left corner to begin.

Select a free tile, then select another identical free tile to match them. Match the tiles twice to clear them. Free tiles have no tile above them and no tile adjacent on at least one horizontal side.

Basic Gameplay Advice

Basic rules

As with regular Mahjong Solitaire, you must clear the stack of tiles by removing pairs of free tiles. Select a pair of identical tiles to match them. However, you must match each tile twice to remove it from the stack. The tiles, once matched for the first time, turn from blue to yellow. Matching a pair of yellow tiles will clear them.

When matched, the tiles will flip, which will reveal either the same tile or a different one. Keep matching and clearing tiles until the entire stack is cleared. The game has no timer but rewards you with bonus points depending on how fast you clear the level.

Levels & Scoring

The game has 19 levels, which are unlocked sequentially. You cannot replay levels you’ve already beaten. Each time you reload the game, you can either restart from the first level or continue from the last level you’ve unlocked. Your web browser automatically saves your game progress.

Your score is cumulative across every level you play. Each pair of tiles you match is worth 250 points. You also receive extra points based on how quickly you play the game. You can save your score to the leaderboard upon finishing the game. View the leaderboard by selecting High Scores on the welcome screen.

Assistance

You can use the hint and shuffle buttons to help you out. Both options can be used as many times as possible but cost you points. Hints cost 100 points and highlight any valid match onscreen. Shuffles will rearrange every tile onscreen for 500 points.

You can also receive shuffles for free if you run out of valid pairs to make.

Advanced Playing Tips & Strategy

Start off by pairing tiles on the edges and the taller columns of tiles first. This will help open up the level in the early stages.

Early on, match up every available blue pair you can. By the mid-game, prioritize including yellow tiles in each match. Matching two blue tiles will only turn them yellow, while matching yellow and blue will get rid of one tile. Matching two yellow tiles will get rid of them both.

The game has no timer. We recommend relying solely on the automatic shuffle rather than pay for manual ones with points.
