Bubble Pop is a nautical-themed connect 3 game, which also has an in-game store offering foods, sports, toys, flowers, and animals-themed skins. Form a chain consisting of 3 or more identical bubbles to pop them. Pop the required number of bubbles to clear each level. This game was developed by Demonte Maximiliano of QKY Games Studio.

How to Play Bubble Pop

To select, left click with your mouse or tap on the touchscreen with your fingers. Select anywhere on the loading screen to bring up the welcome screen. Select the arrow at the center of the welcome screen to open the level selection screen. Choose a level to begin.

To form a chain, select one bubble, then drag toward an adjacent identical bubble. Repeat the process until you form a set of 3 or more identical bubbles.

Basic Gameplay Advice

To clear bubbles, form a continuous chain of 3 or more identical bubbles. The bubbles must be close enough to each other to be connected. Each time you remove bubbles, the ones below it float upward.

The game has 80 levels, which are unlocked sequentially. You can replay any of the levels you’ve previously beaten; we recommend replaying levels to gain a higher star rating. To earn stars, clear 6 or more bubbles in a single chain as many times as you can. Get the 3-star rating by clearing a chain of at least 6 bubbles thrice.

To beat each level, you must pop the minimum number of bubbles shown on the top center of the screen. You have 60 seconds to clear the required number of bubbles. Once you finish the level, select the arrow at the center of the win screen to proceed to the next level or select the play button on the center right to

Clearing a chain of 5 bubbles will create a bomb. Select the bomb to activate it. When it explodes, it takes out every bubble within its radius. Clear a group of 4 bubbles creates a wild card. Wild card bubbles can be grouped with any set of bubbles and fire a beam up and down when popped.

New types of bubbles appear in later levels. Frozen bubbles, for instance cannot be added to chains and must be blown up using wild cards and bombs. Wooden bubbles cannot be popped at all; these act as obstacles you must plan around.

You earn coins in two ways. Finishing a level for the first time gives you a one-time bonus of 100 coins. Once you’ve collected all the required bubbles, the remaining bubbles transform into identical coin bubbles. Clear as many of these coin bubbles as you can before the timer expires. Use the coin bubbles to buy power ups and customization options. You can replay levels to earn more coins but cannot get the 100-coin bonus again. The number of coins you earn appear on the bottom left corner of the game screen.

You earn 3 power ups each time you unlock it. These appear at the bottom center of the game screen. Select a power up to use it. Power ups have the following effects:

• Clock power ups add 10 seconds to your timer. They become available from Level 2 onward and cost 100 coins at the shop.
• Lightning bolt power ups destroy 10 bubbles when activated. They become available from Level 10 onward and cost 150 coins.
• Bomb power ups places 5 bombs across the field. They become available from Level 17 and cost 200 coins.

You can also purchase skins that change the appearance and theme of your bubbles. Each customization option costs 1,000 coins.

Advanced Playing Tips & Strategy

The timer does not start until you make your first selection. Take advantage of this by mapping out your moves and waiting for all the bubbles to settle before making a selection. This will help you clear out several bubbles on the onset. When clearing bubbles, we recommend starting from the bottom to ensure that the bubbles at the top don’t move out of alignment.

Form long chains early on. This not only guarantees you the 3-star rating but also helps you reach your target goals faster. If you have some time left and still haven’t reached the top rating, consider forming long chains until you do.

Special bubbles like the bomb and the wild card form at the end of the chains in place of the final bubble. To place them where you want them to appear, simply end the chains in the desired location. We recommend forming these out of bubbles not part of the level goal so you can move them out of the way.

Clear out frozen bubbles as soon as you can. This will open up the playing field and make it easier to form better, longer chains.

Later in the game, it becomes progressively difficult to finish the level goals within one minute without relying on power ups. Be prepared to stock up on power ups in the late game. Remember, you don’t get the power ups you use up back when you fail a level. Whenever you use your power ups, play to win.

Bubbles are arranged at random each time a level starts. If you find that the arrangement of bubbles is not optimal, consider reloading the level.

Educational Aspects

This game hones a player’s spatial thinking and time management skills. Players must find the available connections between two or more bubbles quickly to clear them in an efficient manner.

This game is suited for players school-aged and above. We recommend this for players who love connect games.

Early levels start off easy, but the difficulty level ramps quickly as players must use the more advanced connection moves to get through some of the later stages.
