Idle Factory Empire is a retro-styled idle tycoon game. You’re placed in charge of an automated factory and must adjust a number of parameters to improve its profitability. Try to strike the right balance between productivity and quality to reap a substantial profit for your factory.

How to Play Idle Factory Empire

To select, left click with your mouse or tap on the touchscreen with your fingers. On the welcome screen, select Play at the center to begin.

The game mostly runs by itself. The conveyor automatically moves the parcel to the end of the line, where a truck will come and deliver it. You can use the proceeds you receive from shipping the parcels to make improvements to your operations. Select the improvements from the bottom row of the screen.

Occasionally, you can also receive bonus missions from your IT guy and engineer. These are clicker minigames; click or tap to stop the selector to get a bonus. Select at the right time to get as high a bonus as you can.

You can also receive a cash bonus by selecting the question mark box with a balloon.

Keep playing for as long as you can.

Basic Gameplay Advice

There are 4 different parameters you can upgrade in this game:

• The number of products produced
• The speed of the conveyor
• The material quality of the products
• The quality of the products made

The first increases the number of products sold. The second increases the number of times the products are sold for a profit. The last two improve the price of the individual products. Regardless of how fast the conveyor moves, each individual set of products will always arrive with a gap between them.

You can choose to pay for the upgrades singly or in batches of 10 or 20. Upgrades have a ramping cost; to save money, try to buy as many upgrades as you can at once.

Every so often, you’ll have the chance to boost any of your parameters for 60 seconds. The type of parameter selected is determined at random. When a parameter is boosted, you cannot upgrade it until the boost passes.

After you earn $250,000 in cumulative funds, an investor will approach you to leverage your factory. By saying yes, you’ll start the process all over again in exchange for a much higher starting price on all your products. You can choose to pass the opportunity and wait until more investors get on board. The higher your lifetime revenues, the more investors get on board and the higher your new base income will be.

Advanced Playing Tips & Strategy

The game keeps playing even if its window or tab isn’t active. Each time you reload or otherwise return to the game, you receive as sum of cash, the value of which depends on the number of upgrades you made and the time you’ve been offline.
