How to Play Chef Slash

To select, left click with your mouse or tap on the touchscreen with your fingers. On the welcome screen, select Play on the center right to open the level selection screen. Select an unlocked level number to begin.

Select one point to start cutting, then drag across the food item to mark where you’ll be cutting. Release to finish the cut.

Basic Gameplay Advice

Your goal is to cut the food item in the chopping board into equal parts. After a 3-second timer, find the point to cut, then slice it along that line. Try to get the item cut as evenly as you can. The game will carefully calculate the percentage of each cut when you finish.

Each level has a star rating based on how well you’ve cut the item. The closer the parts are to equal values, the higher your star rating will be. The highest rating you can receive is 3 stars.

You have 60 seconds to finish cutting the food item. If you run out of time, you fail the level. Your final score is calculated based on your timer. You begin with 300 points, which decrease based on the remaining number of seconds in the timer.

The game has 33 levels, which are unlocked sequentially. You can replay any of the levels you’ve previously beaten. Replay levels to beat your previous star rating. Your web browser automatically saves your level progress and star ratings. You will only get a new star rating if you beat your previous one.

Advanced Playing Tips & Strategy

When cutting a square, start from a corner. Move the line from one corner to the next to make a near-even cut. You can do a similar technique with triangles.
