How to Play Wonderland

Use the left and right arrow keys to move from side to side.

Press the up and down arrow keys to go up or down ladders and vines. Be careful when reaching the top of ladders or running across them as you can easily fall down them.

Press the Z key to jump.

Press the P key to pause the game. If you make a mistake you can press the R key to reset the level. If a stage is too frustrating you can press the S key to skip it.

Basic Gameplay Advice

This is a challenging 30-stage platformer game which requires precise timing. Move across the stage and pass safely through the open exit door to the next stage.

You must avoid running into spikes or the sides of enemies. You can jump and bounce off of walking skeletons to cross chasms and spikes below. Purple flying skeletons and purple flying bats can also be used as temporary platforms to jump across the stage.

If skeletons have spikes on their heads you can not jump on them. You can destroy spiked skeletons and fill in holes in the floor by pushing crates around the stages. You walk more slowly while pushing crates.

Some levels have locked doors which require you to grab the key to unlock the door before you can exit.

The brown ground tiles fall away shortly after you step on them. Orange boxes you walk on operate similarly, though they only disappear after you walk or jump off of them.

You can jump through green lined floors but can not fall through them.

Red spring-loaded jump pads allow you to jump high.

Advanced Playing Tips & Strategy

The ladders in this game can be quite annoying. Sometimes you need to be precisely aligned to be able to climb up ladders. If ever you jump off a ladder or slide off it you must make it to another platform, because you won’t be able to grab the same ladder again until you are on another platform first.

Be careful when walking over ladders as sometimes you can fall down them.

The game records your total play time and total number of deaths.

• If you are playing to minimize deaths and get stuck consider pressing the level restart button rather than dying to reload the level.
• If you are playing for time then you can die quick to restart the level. You can also try to jump on enemies where there is a small clearance to save time making it through tight areas.
