Woblox Game Background

Woblox (no relation to the game development platform Roblox) is a sliding logic puzzle game. Move the green wooden block out through the door by sliding the other wooden blocks out of the way. The catch is that the wooden blocks can only move in a sliding direction.

How to Play Woblox

To select, left click with your mouse or tap on the touchscreen with your fingers. To begin, select the green block at the left center edge of the welcome screen and slide it right.

To slide a block, select it, then move it in the desired direction. Blocks slide in a direction based on their orientation. Vertical blocks slide up and down while horizontal blocks slide from left to right.

Basic Gameplay Advice

Your goal is to slide the green block onto the arrow. Blocks can only slide in one direction, which is indicated by their orientation. Slide each wooden block in the correct sequence to create a path for you to slide the green arrow away.

Once you’re finished, select the arrow on the bottom right corner to load the next level. The game has 45 levels, which are unlocked sequentially. You can replay levels you’ve already beaten. Likewise, if you’re ever stuck on a level, select the reset button to start the level from the beginning.

The game is timed. The faster you finish the level, the higher your star rating would be. The highest star rating you can receive is 3 stars.

Advanced Playing Tips & Strategy

Study the layout of the wooden blocks carefully. To understand which of them you must move. you’ll need to know how they move, especially in relation to the green block.

Don’t be afraid to move the green block to make way for the other blocks. You’ll often need to move it in forward and back as required to move the rest of the blocks out of the way.

Educational Aspects

This game hones a player’s spatial thinking skills. To get the green block out, players must carefully visualize a path based on how each individual piece around it moves.

This game is suited for players school-aged and above. We recommend it for players who like moderately challenging spatial logic puzzle games.
