How to Play Topple Adventure

To select, left click with your mouse or tap on the touchscreen with your fingers. Select the play button on the bottom center to open the level selection screen. Ope

On a desktop, use your keyboard to move around. Press the A and D keys to move horizontally and press the W key to jump. On a touchscreen device, tap on the controls on the bottom row to move. Tap on the left and right arrow on the bottom left corner. Tap on the up arrow on the bottom right corner to jump.

Basic Gameplay Advice

Clear each level by moving to the flag at the end. Make sure to avoid tripping over and hitting any spikes that you might encounter along the way.

You begin each playthrough with 2 lives. Each time you trip or hit a spike, you lose a life and must start the level from the beginning. When you finish a level with 1 life, you begin the next level with 1 life as well. Each time you restart a level, you begin with 2 lives again.

You can add an extra challenge to each level by collecting coins along the way. You don’t need to pick up all the coins to finish the level. Each time you restart, the coins respawn, and you get to keep the coins you’ve collected beforehand.

The game has 30 levels, which are unlocked sequentially. You can play any of the levels you’ve previously beaten. Your web browser automatically saves your game progress.

Advanced Playing Tips & Strategy

We recommend moving through this game slowly, especially in later levels when hopping around becomes your main means of moving through the level. Be especially careful when moving around inclines, which can trip you over. Upon reaching an incline, jump and move to land atop it.

Your player character wobbles if you land . Be careful when jumping so that you land in such a way that the character lands flat and remains stable. It can be very difficult (if not nearly impossible) to try and correct your character’s stance once they start to lean forward or back. The only exception is if they land near the target area itself; they can fall over and you will still win the level.

This game encourages players to be patient. They must move with care to ensure that their character doesn’t topple over mid-movement.
