Rainbow Watermelon is a ricochet level destruction puzzle game. Shoot the aforementioned rainbow watermelons at the right spot and angle to hit and take down all the shapes in the level.

How to Play Rainbow Watermelon

To select, left click with your mouse or tap on the touchscreen with your fingers. On the welcome screen. select the play button to open the level selection screen. Select an unlocked level to begin.

Select anywhere onscreen to choose a place to aim. Aim by moving your mouse cursor or fingertips around. Release to shoot.

Basic Gameplay Advice

Your goal is to hit all the white shapes in a single pass of the watermelon. Aim the watermelon carefully and release. The watermelon will bounce in the direction opposite of the angle it was shot at once it hits any shape. White shapes immediately explode when hit by a watermelon, while black shapes remain intact.

Each time you miss or fail to take out all the white shapes, the level automatically resets but leaves the trails behind. You can clear out the trails by selecting the pause button, then selecting restart.

The game has 50 levels, which are unlocked sequentially. You can go back and replay any of the levels you’ve previously beaten. Your web browser automatically saves your level progress.

Advanced Playing Tips & Strategy

One thing to remember about this game is the direction each watermelon takes when it hits a shape. It will always go in the opposite direction of where you shot it from. Try to visualize the angles you need to have the watermelon bounce in the direction you want it to go. Carefully plot out the angles to take out all the white shapes.

You can use the brightly colored trails left behind by the watermelons as guides to refine the angle of your shots. If the level gets too crowded with trails and splatters, restart the level.
