How to Play Port Shipping Tycoon

To select, left click with your mouse or tap on the touchscreen with your fingers. On the welcome screen, select the play button at the center to begin.

Basic Gameplay Advice

You begin owning a single plot on a one-region island in an archipelago.

Select any grayed out hexagonal plot of land to buy it. You can only buy plots that are adjacent to your starting plots. Every plot in a single region of the map is worth the same amount of money; however, each region you unlock costs more money. Some tiles have resources like forests and mines; these will, when you acquire a port, create a stream of income for you.

Once you’ve acquired all the plots in a region, you can unlock a different region. From your starting tile, repeat the process of buying plots and unlocking ports and resources to bolster your cash flow and expand your enterprise. To finish the game, buy out every plot in every region in the archipelago.
