Merge and Fly is an idle tycoon-type merging game. Fly airplanes around a fairway to earn money, then use the money they earn to buy and upgrade your planes and facilities.

How to Play Merge and Fly

Getting Started

To select, left click with your mouse or tap on the touchscreen with your fingers. The game is automatically playable once it loads, with the welcome screen only briefly appearing before it does.

Essential Functions

Select the occupied parking slots at the center of the screen twice or drag and drop the planes to deploy them onto the fairway. Select a plane on the parking slot and drag them to an identical one to merge them. Select the plane button on the bottom center left or select a gift to add another plane. Select the shopping cart on the bottom center right to open the shop screen and select. Select a flying plane’s parking slot to recall it.

Basic Gameplay Advice

Flight & Earnings

You start with 1 plane, which you can deploy immediately. You acquire more planes as gifts or buy them outright using the buy plane button. If you don’t want a plane, you can drag and drop it to the trash button.

Set your planes to fly along the runway to have them earn money. You receive a sum of money equivalent to the rate shown at center of the screen each time a plane does a complete revolution around the runway. The more planes flying around the runway and the higher the airplanes’ levels, the more money you earn with each revolution.

Keep the planes aloft to earn a steady amount of cash over time. You can recall the planes at any time if you want to upgrade them. The more higher-level planes you fly and the more upgrades you purchase, the higher your earnings will be. Moreover, you can earn in-game cash offline as long as you have one plane moving through the fair way

Upgrades

Merge planes to upgrade them. Planes can only be upgraded while they are parked. Once upgraded, the planes earn more cash and move faster. Upgrade enough planes and you will be able to buy higher-level planes outright from the buy button. There are 24 planes you can create through merging. Select the plane button next to the shop button to see the planes available to merge.

You can also use your money to buy extra upgrades for your whole operations. These include the following:

• Airplane Discount: Reduces the cost of the airplanes you buy
• Speed Up: Increases the speed of the planes
• Earnings Up: Increases the amount of money your planes make as they fly
• Booster Up: Increases the value of fusion prizes
• Delivery Up: Reduces the delivery timer
• Offline earnings: Boost the money you earn while you are not playing the game
• More Parking: Adds more parking slots
• More Fairways: Lets you fly more planes

You can level up each upgrade 10 times (with the exception of the fairways and parking, capped at 8). Leveling up has a ramping cost, which can get very steep, as upgrades start at 1,000 and each upgrade round costs 8 times as much as the prior round. Maxing out the parking and fairways costs $2,097,100,000 each. The remaining 6 attributes cost $134,200,000,000 each for the final upgrade.

Advanced Playing Tips & Strategy

Try to keep as many planes flying at once to create a steady cash flow. This will help reduce the amount of time you need to wait before purchasing another upgrade.

The game randomly gifts you low-value planes. Save on cash by creating your new planes from the gifted ones. In later levels, where the free planes may not be of a high-enough level, you may opt to instead buy the planes.

Upgrade the number of fairway and earnings slots first to get more planes available to upgrade.

Educational Aspects

This game also encourages players to be patient, as it takes a bit of time to earn enough to scale up and merge more planes.
