Mafia Wars is a 30-mission mafia-themed shooting game where you encounter waves of mobsters across stages. Use your mouse to aim and left click to have the cowboy shoot. Defeat mobsters to earn coins and earn a bonus at the end of each stage you beat. Use your coins to purchase weapon unlocks and upgrades along with defense and other characters. Initially you start off with a shotgun, but can also purchase a revolver, a machine gun, and a gatling gun. You have unlimited shotgun ammo, though need to purchase ammo for the other guns. Use the buttons along the lower left to switch between guns. Players can shift from the defensive barrier from the initial bamboo defense to wood, steel, or iron barriers. Bomber and sniper characters can be unlocked for 1,000 coins each. When the other characters are unlocked they are automated computer-controlled players who help your team out. The automated charactes can be upgraded 12 times each and you can use the buttons in the upper right to control what the bomber throws. After unlocking the bomber you can purchase grenade, cocktail, dynamite, and mine packs for him to use in battle. Each level offers a rating up to 3 stars if you beat it, ensure the cowboy does not get significantly harmed, and the barricade does not fall. You can go back to previously beat levels to replay them to earn more funding or try to achieve a higher star rating. If you pass stages with a lower rating keep playing until you have fully unlocked the gatling gun and the steel barriers - using both makes it quite easy to get a high rating on early stages. This is a JavaScript web application which uses cross-platform mobile-friendly HTML. All modern web browsers like Microsoft Edge, Apple Safari, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox and Opera should support it.
