LongCarrot Game Background

LongCarrot is a 30 stage slide puzzle game where you must move the carrot around the grid to paint every tile of the grid.

How to Play LongCarrot

Press the arrow keys on your keyboard to move the carrot. The carrot moves in the direction you slide it until it runs into a wall or an obstacle. Whenever the carrot stops you can issue another move command. Repeat the process until the grid has been filled in.

Basic Gameplay Advice

Move the carrot so that you paint in all of the tiles. Your paths can not cross over each other, so ensure your move provides you a way to access the remaining unpainted tiles of the puzzle.

This game has 30 stages which are unlocked sequentially.

If you are unable to move and the puzzle is not 100% filled the current level will reload again at the beginning.

Advanced Playing Tips & Strategy

Make sure your paths don’t leave any split open tiles which are not covered unless you have a way back to reach them.

Be careful when making paths fully across the puzzle unless you are on an outer wall, or have painted all of the tiles on one side already.

As much as internal blocks can be viewed as obstacles, they can also be viewed as opportunities to change directions.
