How to Play Gravity Kid

To select, left click with your mouse or tap on the touchscreen with your fingers. On the welcome screen, select Play at the center to begin. If you’re playing for the first time, you have the option of playing the game’s tutorial.

To change gravity, left click with your mouse, press the spacebar on your keyboard, or tap on the touchscreen with your fingers.

Basic Gameplay Advice

You play as a juvenile delinquent running away from the cops. Avoid the fuzz by changing gravity (heads up, the cop can do this, too). Switch gravity and move to the ceiling and back again whenever you encounter obstacles like walls or toxic waste. If you hit anything or fall into the abyss, it’s game over. You can replay the game as many times as you want.

Along the way, you can pick up power ups. These will grant you one of three bonuses:

• Magnets draw coins closer to you
• Shields protect you from obstacles on the floor or ceiling.
• Slow mo slows down your movement, making it easier to do risky gravity switches.

Use the coins you’ve collected to pay for these upgrades. You can upgrade these power ups up to 40 times. You can view your upgrades by selecting the store option on the lower right side of the screen.

You earn points as you run forward. Your web browser automatically saves your best score. You can compare your latest and best scores on the game over screen.

Advanced Playing Tips & Strategy

The trickiest part of the game is timing when you’ll need to jump. Don’t wait until you’re close to the obstacle to try and jump over it. However, you might sometimes need to cross much later to make big jumps.

Earn as many coins as you can to upgrade your power ups sooner. Efficient power ups can help you last longer in the game.
