Geometry World Game Background

Geometry World is a geometric side-scrolling platformer where you must guide a fast-moving block across several obstacles by jumping at the right time.

The game takes inspiration from Geometry Dash, a rhythm-based side-scrolling platformer developed by Robert Topala.

How to Play Geometry World

To select, left click with your mouse or tap on the screen with your fingers. Select the play button at the center of the welcome screen to open the level selection screen. Select the level you want to play.

The block moves forward automatically very quickly. Jump by tapping on the touchscreen, left clicking with your mouse, or pressing the space bar on your keyboard. Jump at the right time to avoid hitting any of the spikes. Keep the block moving until it reaches the end of the level.

Select the face button on the center left of the welcome screen to open a catalog of skins you can equip. All 25 available skins are unlocked at the start of the game.

Basic Gameplay Advice

There are 10 levels in this game, which are unlocked sequentially. You can replay any of the levels you’ve previously beaten.

The block will be destroyed if it hits a spike or the sides of a platform. Time your jumps to successfully land the block where it needs to go. Each time you fail, you automatically restart.

Advanced Playing Tips & Strategy

The block jumps at a fixed distance, which means that you must jump at the right time to avoid hitting anything. This can take a bit of trial and error to achieve. Be prepared to repeat the level several times before you reach the end of the level.

On top of honing hand-eye coordination, this game is also an exercise in patience and memorization. Be prepared to try try again before you finish the game.
