How to Play Frogtastic

Select by left clicking with your mouse or tapping on the touchscreen with your fingers. On the welcome screen, select the play button to open the level selection screen. If you’ve played this game before, select the play button on the left to clear your previous game data and start again or select the double play button on the right to load your previous progress.

Select anywhere onscreen to shoot a marble in that direction.

Basic Gameplay Advice

You begin with a frog on a pedestal and a winding track where a train of marbles travels. The frog shoots the marble on its mouth; the next marble to shoot appears on its back. Shoot marbles on the train and form groups of 3 or more identical ones to clear them. Beat each level by clearing the entire marble train before it reaches the hole at the end of the track.

Each marble you clear is worth 50 points; you earn a minimum of 150 points for every group you clear. In addition, you also earn an extra 100 points for each section of track left untouched by the marbles. Your score is cumulative across every level you play.

The game has 13 levels, which are unlocked sequentially. You can replay any of the levels you’ve previously beaten. Your web browser automatically saves your game progress. The tracks in later levels are more complex, with marble trains moving through them at greater speeds. If you fail a level, you can replay it as many times as you need.

Advanced Playing Tips & Strategy

Plan your moves by finding a place for both your current and next marbles. If you can’t find a ready place for the current marble, consider tossing it aside by shooting it away from the train in a clear area.

Be extra careful when shooting near corners, as you can easily miss. Prioritize the front end of the train to stall its advance.

This game has foliage that blocks your view of parts of the track. Plan around this and try to form rows before they get obscured by the leaves.
