How to Play Fight Virus

To select, left click with your mouse or tap on the touchscreen with your fingers. On the welcome screen, select Fight at the bottom center to begin.

Select virus icons to clean out infected virus colonies. Select the desks with patients in for testing to check them for viruses. Select patients in bed to help them recover faster.

Basic Gameplay Advice

Your job is to basically face the challenges experienced by medical professionals throughout the pandemic: containing the virus. The pathogens appear as green icons, which represent roughly 7 percent of the infection rate.

The hospital is divided into 3 sections, each with its own function. The reception allows the patients to check in for testing. No further intervention is needed. The check up section allows you to test patients for the virus. Patients must be tested before the green timer above them expires. The ward is where infected patients go to heal; selecting patients will help them heal faster. You must clean off virus icons that appear all 3 sections and the 2 entrances (the main entrance at the bottom and the emergency entrance to lower right).

You can check the game’s infection level and other stats at the bottom left corner oft the screen. You must keep the hospital’s infection rate below 70 percent for as long as possible; should it reach that number, the system is overwhelmed and the game ends.

Advanced Playing Tips & Strategy

Check every part of the hospital if you’re not sure where the virus icon is. The icon could be hovering over the entrances if they aren’t in the main 3 rooms.

Try to keep your infection rate below 28 percent to keep things manageable. As the infection rate rises, it snowballs and becomes difficult to rein in.

Be sure to select all the desks in the check up area to make sure every patient is tested. Untested patients can spread the virus far and wide.

Selecting ward patients is optional but convenient. Clearing hospital beds allows more patients to recover faster. However, if your attention is needed elsewhere, feel free to leave it to autopilot.
