How to Play Dozie Penguin

To select, left click with your mouse or tap on the touchscreen with your fingers. On the welcome screen, select Play Game at the center to open the level selection screen. Select an unlocked level number to begin.

The desktop uses keyboard controls. To move, press the left and right arrow keys. To jump, press either the up arrow key or the space bar. On a touchscreen device, the motion controls can be found on the bottom row. Tap on the left and right arrows on the bottom left corner to move. To jump, tap on the up arrow on the bottom right corner.

Basic Gameplay Advice

Your goal throughout each stage is to bring the penguin safely to the other side of the level without hitting any of the hazards (enemies and various dangers like lava, lasers, and spikes). Hop across both stationary and moving platforms and avoid falling into chasms along the way. Reach the arrow sign at the end to finish each level.

The game has 30 levels, which are unlocked sequentially. You can replay any of the levels you’ve previously beaten. Your web browser automatically saves your game progress. Every level has its own unique set of hazards, which you must find a way to cross. The first few levels of the game act as a tutorial to what you can expect from the game.

Advanced Playing Tips & Strategy

Avoid touching the enemies. Time each of your jumps to clear each enemy. Remember, it takes a while before you get back down. Often it’s better to wait until the enemy is close before attempting to jump over them.

To hop on and off moving platforms, you must jump and move forward at the right time. Remember that some of these platforms are motion-activated. Stay still while the platform is moving and do not jump until you’re close to the other side.
