Cheese run is an escape room platform running game where you play as a moving block of cheese. Jump at the right times to collect gems, avoid danger, and reach the portal at the end of the level.

How to Play Cheese Run

To select, left click with your mouse or tap on the touchscreen with your fingers.

On the welcome screen, select the play button at the bottom center to open the level selection screen. On the level selection screen, choose a level to begin.

The block of cheese automatically moves by itself. Select at the right time to make the block jump. Whenever the block hits a wall, it changes direction; hitting a wall and then jumping will make the block jump in the direction opposite of the wall. Hopping from one wall to another is the key to climbing up.

Basic Gameplay Advice

The game has 20 levels, which are unlocked sequentially. You can replay any of the levels you’ve previously beaten. Your web browser automatically saves your game progress.

Bring the block to the end of the level and enter the portal to finish it. Collect as many gems as you can along the way. Avoid hitting any of the spikes by jumping at the right time; if you hit a spike, you fail the level.

The game offers infinite retries each time you lose. Select the reset button on the game over screen to try again.

Advanced Playing Tips & Strategy

Time your jumps correctly to avoid the spikes. Sometimes, you’ll need a bit of trial and error to figure out the distance you need to clear a significant series of spikes.
