Cheese N Mouse is a physics puzzle game where players break jelly blocks in order to help move the mouse to the cheese block.

How to Play Cheese N Mouse

Press the cheese play button in the lower center of the welcome screen to bring up the level select screen. Tap on a level number to play it. Left click on blocks to break them.

Tap on jelly blocks to break them. If you make a mistake you can press the level restart button in the upper left corner to reload the current level.

Basic Gameplay Advice

The goal of the game is to have the mouse come to a stop atop the cheese block.

Wood supports hold the cheese blocks and some other items in place.

Jelly Blocks

Players can left click on blocks to break them, causing items to roll or fall to a side, which can also fling other objects off of levers.

Some jelly blocks fill in holes in the course, or act as ramps items can roll or slide down.

Jelly blocks which are in motion can also be broken.

Some jelly blocks have wings on them, causing them to fly in a regular pattern. You can also break the jelly blocks with wings.

You can break any of the jelly blocks that does not have a black rubber retainer wall around it.

Levels

This game features 20 stages which are unlocked sequentially. You can earn up to 3 stars on each stage based on how quickly and efficiently you beat each level. The level select screen shows your best rating on each stage & you can go back to previously beat levels to try to earn a higher rating.

Advanced Playing Tips & Strategy

If you score fewer than 3 stars keep playing through the stages until you have completed the game then come back to replay the previously beat levels.

In some cases you need to send a wheel rolling in one direction before moving it back in the other direction again.

Many jelly platforms will push the mouse too far if you leave them around after they have been used, so in some cases you’ll need to quickly destroy secondary platforms while they are moving to prevent their momentum from causing the mouse to overshoot the cheese.

When the mouse is flying on a moving platform and you want to move it off be sure to give a bit of lead time to compensate for horizontal momentum.
