How to Play Cats Swap

Press the Enter key or touch the welcome screen to bring up the level select screen.

Tap your mouse left click button over a piece to select it, then select the cell you wish to move it to. Repeat the process until the puzzle in the center matches the example shown on the left.

Basic Gameplay Advice

Select a piece you wish to move then select the tile which is located where you want to place it. Repeat the process until the puzzle in the middle of the screen matches the example shown on the left side of the screen.

The game features 9 puzzles which are unlocked sequentially.

• The first 3 puzzles are 3×3 grids of 9 cells.
• The next 3 are 4×4 grids of 16 cells.
• The final 3 are 5×5 grids of 25 cells.

The game shows a timer on the right side, though there are no level time limits. For a typical player the first 3 puzzles take about 15 seconds each. The next 3 take about 30 seconds each. And the last 3 take a little over a minute each.

As soon as a puzzle is completed you have unlocked the next and can advance by pressing the next button in the lower right corner.

Advanced Playing Tips & Strategy

Make frequent reference of the example shown on the left.

Use the most distinct pieces which are near the border and then follow the designs on those for adjacent pieces until you have completed the puzzles.
