Axe Master Game Background

Axe Master is a tap timing game where you must select targets to throw axes at them. Aim and toss axes at the right time to hit the regular targets while avoiding the ones with a skull on them.

How to Play Axe Master

To select, left click with your mouse or tap on the touchscreen with your fingers. Select the play button on the bottom center left of the welcome screen to begin.

Select the targets to throw axes at them. Some of the targets move; you must select at the right time to ensure that the axe hits it.

Basic Gameplay Advice

Your goal in each level is to throw axes at the targets. While the targets are stationary in some screens like the first, they move in subsequent screens. To clear a screen, you must successfully hit all the valid targets.

Levels are unlocked sequentially, and your progress is tracked by the circles shown on the top row. Each circle represents a screen. Finish all 10 screens to beat the level.

There are two types of targets in this game. Valid targets consist of concentric circles, while invalid ones have a skull and crossbones symbol. Avoid hitting the invalid targets at all costs; doing so is an instant game over.

You start the game with a limited number of throws, represented by axes at the top center of the game screen. You use up a throw each time you try to hit a target. Make sure to hit all the targets with the number of throws provided. Lose all your throws and it’s game over.

You earn points based on the number of targets you hit. Each consecutive hit applies a multiplier bonus to your hits.

Advanced Playing Tips & Strategy

The game has no time limit, allowing you to take your time whenever you must deal with moving targets. Memorize the pattern of movement as best you can and anticipate where the target might be before throwing the axe.

By the time you shoot, the target would’ve moved. Ideally, you should try to aim for where the target would be, rather than its current location.
