How to Play Apartment Stacker

To select, left click with your mouse or tap on the touchscreen with your fingers. On the welcome screen, select the play button to begin.

Select at the right time to drop the apartment onto the tower.

Basic Gameplay Advice

Drop the apartments to build up the tower block. Try to line up the apartments as well as you can to the pieces below them. If you misalign one of the tower sections significantly enough, it will not be supported by the floor below and it will fall down, ending the game. Build up the tower as high as you can muster.

The points you earn depend on how well each segment of the tower lines up with the ones below it. You earn 4 points for near-perfect alignment, 2 points for decent alignment, and 1 point for poor alignment. Your web browser automatically saves your best score; you can compare your latest and high scores on the game over screen.

Advanced Playing Tips & Strategy

Time your drops with care. As much as possible, try to release the apartment just as the crane swings toward the stack. This becomes much harder to do as the game progresses, so be prepared to wait it out before dropping the apartment.

The game is untimed. Feel free to take all the time you need to line up the towers as well as you can.
