How to Play Abstract Golf

To select, left click with your mouse or tap on the touchscreen with your fingers. On the welcome screen, select Play at the center to right edge to load the welcome screen.

Select to aim and set your shot strength. Release to swing.

Basic Gameplay Advice

Swing your club with enough force at the right angle to ricochet the golf ball toward the hole somewhere on the other side of the level. Every level has a par of 1. This means that you only must sink the ball into the hole in just one stroke. If you fail, you can restart the game as many times as you need.

Later levels possess various hazards like overhanging walls and spikes. Avoid bringing the ball to the spikes and use the walls to bounce the ball in the desired direction. You will also encounter nitro pads, which will redirect the ball in the direction their arrows are pointing. Finally, some levels have platforms that move; move the ball past these by releasing them at the right moment.

The game has 24 levels, which are unlocked sequentially. You can come back and replay any of the levels you’ve previously beaten. Your web browser automatically saves your level progress.

Advanced Playing Tips & Strategy

Timing matters when trying to get the golf ball past moving platforms. Aim and hold your ball before you make your stroke, then release at just the right time.

Although your ball colors the floor tiles as it moves, it does not need to color the entire floor.
